I’m 15, 5’4 and 120. Last week at our school we had secret santa. It was very nice and all but I put on 3lb’s (we only really give and get sweets) and my body is now always hungry. I’m worried that if I diet too quickly my body will go into starvation mode and get even fatter! Any ideas on what I can do? And I do need to lose the weight so if anyone could give me a diet or a meal plan or anything. And before some advert comes up, I already take acai berry! Thanks!

alright, so i just recently turned 16. i have always worked out because im on swim team and also do bmx which are two things that require muscle. i just recently clicked on an ad thing on the side of my myspace page that showed this whole diet thing and ‘getting ripped’ in under 4 weeks. now regardless of how fast it may or may not work, is the combination of Advance Acai theremogenic, Paraslim Force, and Advance Cleanse Extreme, actually something that will work to build muscle better? and is it even safe? Please only answer if you know what you are talking about.

i do more than walking and walking dosen’t have much of an effect on me… I need to lose weight fast and affordable (not as in money, but as in available in Ottawa) i guess i can’t starve myself but when and what could i eat thats near starving to lost as much weight? Any ideas? Or do you know any special good cardio specific workouts i can follow?
